Account Creation, Security & User Responsibility
Account Registration and Verification
To fully access 10t services, you must register a user account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure without notice.
Identity verification may be required before processing withdrawals. This includes uploading valid ID documents such as identity cards or passports. This process protects your account security and ensures platform policy compliance.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are fully responsible for keeping your account login details, including your username and password, confidential. Any activity conducted through your account will be considered your own unless you promptly report unauthorized access to the 10t support team.

One Account Per User Policy
Each user is allowed to have only one active account. Attempts to register multiple accounts to evade restrictions or manipulate the bonus system will result in all related accounts being closed and any balances or bonuses forfeited.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Regulations
Currencies & Payment Methods
All transactions on 10t are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports common local payment methods including FPX internet banking and digital wallets like Touch 'n Go eWallet. Available methods may vary with platform updates — please check your account’s deposit section for the latest information.
Deposit
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified by the chosen payment method. 10t is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers. Any deposits not credited after a reasonable period must be reported to customer support with proof of the transaction.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests can only be processed to bank accounts or digital wallets registered under the same user name. The platform may require additional identity verification before approving withdrawals. Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply depending on account tier and may change. Funds credited via bonuses or rebates may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
Suspected Fraudulent Transactions
10t reserves the right to suspend transactions or freeze accounts suspected of fraud, money laundering, or system abuse. Investigations will be conducted and users may be required to provide additional verification.

The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Temporary technical disruptions will not be grounds for claims against 10t.

Account Suspension and Termination
10t reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time without prior notice if there are violations of these terms, suspected fraud, requests from relevant authorities, or platform security reasons. For accounts closed with no confirmed violations, valid cash balances will be refunded after verification.
